Milwaukee, Wis.—Directors of A. O. Smith Corporation (AOS-NYSE) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.14 per share on Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.

The dividend is payable on Feb. 18 to shareholders of record Jan. 31.
