A.O. Smith Declares Dividend
MILWAUKEE, Oct. 10-- Directors of A.O. Smith Corporation (NYSE: AOS - news; Amex: SMCA - news) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.13 per share on Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.
The dividend is payable on November 15 to shareholders of record October 31.
